Spec home built in Canon City featuring an open-concept kitchen and living area with dark cherry cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless appliances, and rich hardwood floors throughout. The master suite includes a tray ceiling, barn door entry, and a spa-style bath with a clawfoot soaking tub and walk-in shower. Custom built-in bunk beds, solar panels, and a three-car garage round out this move-in-ready build.

A-frame style custom home built into a rocky hillside with board-and-batten siding, a green metal roof, and a stone masonry base. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the great room with natural light, while the vaulted tongue-and-groove ceiling and custom iron staircase railing showcase the craftsmanship throughout. The kitchen features full-height white cabinetry, a copper range hood, tile backsplash, and a large granite island.

60x100 open-front steel hay barn built in Hillside with sweeping mountain views. The wide-span structure features dark red steel columns, a white standing-seam roof, and a fully open front face for easy hay loading and equipment access. The enclosed sides and rear are finished in tan corrugated metal siding with clean white trim.

Airplane Hangar
Silver West Airport2020
Steel airplane hangar built at Silver West Airport featuring a wide-span bi-fold door system, brown trim accents on tan corrugated siding, and a large fresh concrete apron. The bi-fold door opens fully for easy aircraft access and raises at an angle for ventilation. The closed end view shows the full footprint of the structure with the Sangre de Cristo mountains as a backdrop.
